Social justice and social service In my childhood, I had a close friend and a relative , MOHINI ( name not real) , She married an aged but very rich person with a condition that he will support her for further education. She completed a midwifery and nursing course from Lucknow and nicely settled with her practice in Haridwar. I met her after a long time in 2005 in Haridwar and knew about her and her job and life after she left the town, Jhalu after her marriage. Interesting to know; she told that during her professional practice, she aborted hundreds of the teen aged unmarried girls from different social back grounds. Each time, she performed an abortion, she planted a Mango tree. By then she had a big garden of sweet mangos whose harvest was sold for about a Lakh Rupees a year. She established a trust with he conscent of her husband the income from this garden would be used for destitutes especially the girls.
