 Social justice and social service In my childhood, I had a close friend and a relative , MOHINI ( name not real) , She married an aged but very rich person with a condition that he will support her for further education. She completed a midwifery and nursing course from Lucknow and nicely settled with her practice in Haridwar. I met her after a long time in 2005 in Haridwar and knew about her and her job and life after she left the town, Jhalu after her marriage. Interesting to know; she told that during her professional practice, she aborted hundreds of the teen aged unmarried girls from different social back grounds. Each time, she performed an abortion, she planted a Mango tree. By then she had a big garden of sweet mangos whose harvest was sold for about a Lakh Rupees a year. From the post of Ashok Madhup:  काशीराम धनवंतरि काशीराम धनवंतरि जी मेरे कुटुंब के दादा होते थे।झालू में छतरी वाले कुएं और हमारे घर के बीच  दक्षिण में उनका शफाखाना और उसके पीछे उनका घर होता था।शफाखाने में उनका बैठने और मरीज देखने का स्थान अलग− अलग था।बैंच डालकर मरीजों के बैठने की व्यवस्था थी।मरीजों  के बैठने के कक्ष के पीछे उनका आराम कक्ष था।इनके मरीज देखने के स्थान के उत्तर में इनका औषधि कक्ष था। उनके शफाखाने में  चारों ओर अलमारी लगी थीं।इन अलमारियों में आयुर्वेद का दुर्लभ साहित्य होता थी। वैद्य  जी मुझे और मेरे छोटे भाई को बहुत प्यार करते थे।उन्होंने  अपनी  पुस्तक कभी किसी को पढ़ने के लिए नहीं दीं।किंतु मुझे  कभी मना नही किया। मेरा छोटा भाई अजय झगड़ालू था।उसका झगड़ा हो  जाता।वैद्य जी को पता चल जाता तो  वह अपना बैंत उठाते और छोटे भाई का लेकर झगड़ा होने वाले परिवार के यहां पहुंच जाते।  वैद्य जी का बड़ा  सम्मान झगड़ा  करने वाले का पिता वैद्य जी को देखकर अपने बेटे को डांट देता और मामला  खत्म हो जाता। जाड़ों में वह शफाखान...
